Shipping and Returns
Shipping is calculated based on USPS real time server rates. To calculate proper postage, please allow the weight shown per product PLUS 20%, regardless of package weight.
Example: Widget 1 weighs 2 pounds. Ship weight will be (2*1.20) which is 2.4#
Example: Widget 2 weighs 5 pounds. Ship weight will be (5*1.20) which is 6#.

Lightweight items often offer free shipping; their product prices will allow for ship costs to avoid excessive ship cost for First Class type items. Check item descriptions for free ship items.
There is also a handling fee of $0.50 per ORDER, not per ITEM. These charges are for boxes, packing materials, tape, labels, ink, and administrative handling.
Insurance is optional for USPS (United States Postal Service) Domestic U.S. shipments ONLY at $2.00 per $50 of coverage (please remember to Cover Shipping Also!). To add insurance, go to Order Options under Categories and select the coverage you need. No insurance coverage is available for UPS (United Parcel Service) shipments or international shipments at this time. If insurance is required on an international shipment, we suggest having the item shipped to your own domestic U.S. location, then forwarding to your international location yourself and purchasing insurance directly when you reship the item out of the U.S.
4% Sales Tax will be charged on any orders shipped TO Alabama.
Returns are limited to transit damage items that are INSURED (see insurance notes above) and defective items only. Customer must contact us PRIOR to any return so that we can assign an RA# and provide specific instructions per order. A form will be provided in the information section for this purpose. Wild Willy must be notified immediately upon receipt of insured transit damage and/or defective items. Wild Willy's Posters warrants only that our posters arrive to you in new condition. Defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Defective items WILL require return, postage prepaid insured, and will be evaluated by warehouse admin to determine if they are in fact defective. Uninsured transit damaged items will not qualify as defective item(s). Insurance claims will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship from payment clearing date. Please note, our stock changes constantly. If an item shows out of stock, we will post an ESTIMATED replacement date asap. These dates are ESTIMATED only and not guaranteed. We make every effort to monitor low stock quantities and replenish prior to an items depletion. You may contact us with any specific concerns.
A tracking number will be posted for your orders as soon as they ship and you will be notified. Order history is limited to most recent orders.
